　　《職場大翻身》改編自李慧林的同名小說，曾執導過《創可貼》的導演鄭基勛親自改寫了劇本并執導，聯同演技級人馬演員鄭在泳、新生代人氣女星樸寶英、老戲骨吳達秀、裴成宇、柳德煥等實力派連袂主演。電影講述一名體育報社演藝部記者在采訪現場孤軍奮戰的成長故事。電影中樸寶英飾演的新人實習記者「杜麗熙」在報道娛樂事件的過程中卷入新聞的漩渦而逐漸鍛煉成長。鄭在泳飾演的是樸寶英的上級「河在觀」，是娛樂部的「定時炮彈」不知道何時就會「爆炸」，兩人會有怎樣的合作火花也令影迷非常期待。　　杜麗熙（樸寶英飾）是社會新鮮人的代表，為了在戰場一樣的職場中生存下來而絞盡腦汁費勁心理，然而卻因為沒有經驗而屢屢闖禍。她夢想著成為成功職場女性，高喊著有熱情就有一切的口號，然而現實卻是手里的每件事都搞砸。杜麗熙作為見習記者開始了工作，本以為只要進了公司人生就會變得一帆風順，但她卻遇到了像“定時炸彈”一樣的上司（鄭在泳飾），第一天上班就被安排出去外采，什么都不懂的她只能跌跌撞撞地自己摸索，而意料之外的種種困難讓她想到辭職。
