劇情簡介
2001年香港特首角逐，特首熱門候選人李志信（方中信）因工作上壓力，經常有幻覺女性赤裸裸出現在面前，巧遇舊戀人心理專家何慧儀（張慧儀飾）替志信治療。不久他卷入強奸下屬性丑聞，被警方拘捕，罪名是強奸女秘書劉文慈（張文慈飾）。其中有催眠術制造他幻覺局部失憶。經過雜差警探（雷宇揚）破案，實際上不是政治陰謀，而是方中信被人陷害。

鄭中基,張柏芝,劉青云,應采兒,吳鎮宇,黃又南,徐天佑,李兆基,黃光亮,成奎安在喜瑪拉雅山長大的亞星（鄭中基）練有一身瑜伽好功夫，某日奉父母之命下山參加印度西施家族舉辦的瑜伽選夫比賽的途中，被恨嫁的大家姐（應采兒）纏住。為了阻止亞星參加比賽，大家姐想出把他變成人見人厭的壞小子的狠招，不想聯合三大惡人也沒能將亞星改變，不甘心之下，大家姐又找來以壞混世的大膽叔叔（吳鎮宇）。 可惜大膽叔叔與朋友驚青舅父（劉青云）及其兩個外甥已不幸被印度催眠術催眠，連自己是誰都不再曉得，然而亞星總算找到了領門人，賭場的兩頭神蛇把他教成了沉迷于賭博和吸毒的壞小子，此時，大家姐發現還是原來的亞星比較好，決定陪其一同喝下“印度神奇油”回到從前。

陳曉東,張靜初,芙蓉姐姐,袁文康,孔維,鄧家佳,任泉,王洛勇 Luoyong Wang教授“精神心理衛生”的陳聰明（王洛勇 飾）在評定教授職稱的課上口出驚人之語，校長再也無法容忍這位行為瘋癲的老師，于是后者進入一家惟利是圖的精神病院暫時棲身。在這家醫院工作的梁海潮（袁文康 飾）難以忘記前妻柳悅（張靜初 飾），經陳聰明開導，梁海潮決定把前妻從開補藥店的蕭春雷（陳曉東 飾）那里奪回來。此時，日日與補藥作伴的柳悅在工作時崩潰，也被送入精神病院，在陳聰明幫助下，梁海潮將柳悅救出，而蕭春雷將柳悅的藥吃下導致情緒失控，被精神病院關押。梁海潮認為奪回前妻的時機已到，而陳聰明則開始想法幫助受害的蕭春雷……
