兩位壯漢刑警在調查一起銀行劫案時，發現犯罪分子居然個個刀槍不入。根據線索，他們找到一家公司，似乎最近的很多案件都和這家公司的一個秘密實驗室有關。后來，此兩位硬漢在與犯罪分子的斗爭中不幸相繼殉職，但這恰好給他們創造了機會——兩個人亦成為試驗品，他們的尸體即將被一個懷揣著極大陰謀的邪惡博士所利用……然而，哼哼，英勇的人民公安是不會向犯罪集團低頭的，you can't keep a good cop dead！
