觀月是著名的天才女醫生，對於女性生理學方面的議題頗有研究。患有SDX(俗稱性冷感)的女高中生愛美是她負責的病人，觀月調查後發現愛美的性冷感並非天生，而是有人故意造成，但當她發現此事實的同時，她卻彷彿被下藥般突然昏迷 hellip;！當她再度甦醒，發現自己身處院內的秘密診療室，而愛美也被一併帶到這裡！原來這裡是醫院中唯一的男醫生仲松的麻將診療室，進到這個診療室，只有在牌桌上得勝者，才有辦法離開。仲松說服了觀月參加，因為這是唯一可以幫愛美治療性冷感的方式：只有讓她脫到一絲不掛，才能真正治癒她！
