Four friends wanted to get away from it all for a birthday celebration in a remote country house, but when a mysterious injured man turns up on their doorstep telling tales of a city ravaged by a mysterious epidemic and the looters who have pursued him, the friends rally to help. As the night progresses, it becomes clear that all is not as it seems, plunging the friends into a battle for survival that challenges their deepest fears.

　　合力擊敗馬交文之后，king（劉德華 飾）與化骨龍（張家輝 飾）聯(lián)合化骨龍的表哥阿叻（陳百祥 飾）騙取了惡人大眼文一筆錢。當(dāng)他們打算享受一番之際，大眼文把化骨龍抓走了。King與阿叻則被警方帶到與中方高層見面，他們被派往拉斯維加斯捉拿大老千Peter朱（萬梓良 飾）。為了得到巨款拯救化骨龍，king接受了這次任務(wù)，前往拉斯維加斯。　　在拉斯維加斯，小心（郁芳 飾）與阿扁（林熙蕾 飾）一心想找到金龜婿，后來加入了king的老千行列。終于他們遇到了Peter，兩人互相欺騙更多次交手，敵意漸生。　　King用阿扁做餌勾引Peter成功，他們經(jīng)由沙漠公路到洛杉磯，途中Peter極力逃脫。眾人在沙漠奮力搏斗。Peter的手下竟然用直升機拯救，幸好king神機妙算，順利把Peter帶回香港。

The duo become a trio as well-to-do Lou joins them, and life on the island takes shape under the command of devout Matron. The trio rail against the system, dubious of the benevolence of the bible and taking refuge in their blossoming friendship. It’s hard to reform girls who don’t believe they need reforming. However, a sense of doom settles in when experimental forms of punishment take place in the dead of night. Nellie and Daisy plot rebellion, but unexpectedly find themselves at odds with Lou, who is afraid to break the rules.
