劇情提要

韓塞爾與葛雷特

  因母親染病,青年李恩洙(千正明 飾)驅(qū)車向家中趕去,但中途遭遇車禍,翻到路邊。當(dāng)他從昏迷中醒來(lái)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)眼前站著一個(gè)有如天使般的女孩子(沈恩京 飾)。在這個(gè)名叫英姬的女孩的引導(dǎo)下,恩洙隨之來(lái)到了女孩位于密林深處的家。那是一幢宛如從童話書中出來(lái)的夢(mèng)幻而華美的大房子,家中擺放著各種各樣精巧可愛的飾品。這里住著英姬、她的父母、哥哥萬(wàn)福(殷元宰 飾)以及妹妹貞順(陳智熙 飾)。疲勞疼痛的恩洙起初并未察覺絲毫一樣,可是他很快便發(fā)現(xiàn),如此美好的童話所在竟成為永遠(yuǎn)無(wú)法逃離的樊籬……  本片榮獲2009年葡萄牙奇幻國(guó)際電影節(jié)評(píng)委會(huì)特別獎(jiǎng)。

好像一切都很糟糕

Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night.   However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements.   Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
