　　臺灣千術大師泰斗在與香港千王黃上千（黃百鳴 飾）一戰中落敗，從此與黃上千結下了仇怨。黃上千的徒弟阿偉（梁朝偉 飾）一日結識了從新加坡返港的寡婦蘇茜，以為能從中大撈一筆，于是伙同任公子（任達華 飾）和師姐大波媚（葉子楣 飾）設局。豈料蘇茜其實也是一個老千，阿偉他們不僅沒能打撈一筆，反而落得一身債務。無奈之下阿偉只好請師傅黃大千出馬，黃大千贏回了蘇茜手上阿偉的簽單后，與蘇茜握手言和，并敲定一起合作對付奸商龍在天。他們輕而易舉的把龍在天的兩百萬搞到了，龍在天不甘心就此被騙，于是請泰斗再次出戰……

妖星哥拉斯

　　不明妖星哥拉斯在茫茫宇宙中不斷前進，沿途吸附大量的星際飛行物，不斷的變龐大，日本的觀測宇宙船隼號，為了探明其質量大小，不幸被一起吸附，但是其在最后關頭向地球發出了其質量數據，使地球上的人對其有了個初步認識，后經科學家計算測定，其質量為地球的６１００倍，而且將在４５天后與地球相撞?！　樽柚沟厍蚺c哥拉斯的相撞，科學家想出了一個大膽的辦法，就是運用水素離子裝置在南極造一個噴射基地（類似與火箭發射器），讓地球動起來，在哥拉斯到來之前，使地球移動到其他軌道．等哥拉斯安全通過后，然后在北極在建個基地，使地球在回到原來的預定軌道。　　計劃實施的非常順利，全世界各國在國聯的帶領下在南極建立了基地，但是由于在南極建造基地，在火焰發生器的作用下讓長眠在南極的海象怪獸蘇醒了，并破壞了一部份基地，后來，在飛機導彈的攻擊下，怪獸死了，但由于怪獸的破壞，火箭發生器推遲了時間，到底地球能不能脫離哥拉斯的吞噬呢？
