馬克斯（Marcos Hern aacute;ndez 飾）是墨西哥某將軍家的專職司機(jī)，經(jīng)常接送將軍生性開放的千金安娜（Anapola Mushkadiz 飾）及其朋友，久而久之馬克斯與之有染。 因生活所迫，馬克斯和妻子策劃一起綁架案，陰差陽錯(cuò)害死了綁架的小孩。馬克斯從此承受巨大的心理苛責(zé)，靈魂難以得到救贖。他向安娜坦白自己的罪過，安娜勸其自首。但馬克斯的恐懼并未得到平復(fù)，兩人做ai之后，他將安娜殺死。 這之后，馬克斯蒙著頭混入朝拜人群，手持蠟燭，跪行走向教堂 hellip; hellip; 2005年戛納電影節(jié)參賽作品。

Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
