本片改編自同名小說。貝多芬（古田新太 飾），眾人心中的孤高天才，原來竟是秘書一手捏造的“神話”？本片揭開歷史迷霧，講述一個粗俗邋遢的真實貝多芬，如何在忠實秘書辛德勒（山田裕貴 飾）的筆下，被改寫成永垂不朽的圣人音樂家。

電影主要講述了睿智沉穩的徐文軒、外表文靜秀美但性格反叛火爆的白若雪，與偽君子海石在游戲世界相遇相識后，在現實世界里產生糾葛的愛情故事。
