來自河北廊坊的說唱少年，王笑，因一次意外打架事件背負巨額欠款。王笑母親在不明真相的情況下替王笑支付了該筆欠款，王笑知道后和母親大吵一架并且決定前往北京打工還債。來到北京之后王笑接連租房受騙，感情受挫，說唱事業(yè)也無法繼續(xù)發(fā)展，而且再次欠下巨額欠款。王笑該如何面對這一切？

　　由21 個鬧劇穿插一部科幻短片組成的鬧劇，導(dǎo)演羅伯特（《怪異的阿爾 楊克維奇》）、約翰（《動物屋》）等等都是環(huán)球影片公司的一線導(dǎo)演，他們的共同特點就是在搞怪搞笑方面各有絕招。這些短片大都是對美國夜間電視節(jié)目和低成本科幻片的戲仿，故事包括一個男子受到他所住的房子攻擊、一場由喜劇演員主持的葬禮和被吸進電視機里的人等等。　　眼花繚亂 滿嘴放炮

好像一切都很糟糕

Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
