傳說(shuō)很久以前，大自然在湖邊和諧共生，直到邪惡降臨。被黑暗欲望蒙蔽的人帶來(lái)了恐懼、仇恨和死亡。漁民們稱之為L(zhǎng)a Miringua，就是因?yàn)槟愕淖飷憾涯阃系胶锏哪莻€(gè)。

　　寂靜深夜，Selly（Violenzia Jeanette 飾）、Jack（Ricky Harun 飾）、Tando（Zidni Adam 飾）三名喜好刺激的青年男女駕駛機(jī)車飛馳在公路上，突然之間，Selly的機(jī)車失控，她摔倒在地，身受重傷，昏迷不醒，Jack、Tando連忙將其送往醫(yī)院。與此同時(shí)，來(lái)自日本的女孩幸子（蒼井空 飾）正準(zhǔn)備和當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?dǎo)游外出游玩，誰(shuí)知卻不小心用車門夾上導(dǎo)游的手，語(yǔ)言本就不同的二人也慌慌張張前往醫(yī)院。不久之后，兩組人馬在這間有些陰森的醫(yī)院內(nèi)會(huì)合，隱隱約約中，一個(gè)留著長(zhǎng)發(fā)卻看不清面容的女人不時(shí)逡巡在幸子等人的周圍。　　對(duì)于這幾個(gè)有些倒霉的青年來(lái)說(shuō)，恐怖而又爆笑的夜晚正慢慢拉開(kāi)序幕……

　　水樹(shù)沙羅（島崎遙香 飾）是一個(gè)在演藝圈打拼多年的青年女演員，雖然她努力磨練演技，勤奮專注，卻始終未得到世人的關(guān)注。在此期間她受到來(lái)自事務(wù)所的壓力，二者相權(quán)之際最終選擇參加劇作家錦野豪太（小市慢太郎 飾）的新作《鮮血的召喚》的試鏡。《鮮血的召喚》根據(jù)史上真實(shí)人物嗜血如命的伊麗莎白的故事改編，為了美這個(gè)女人不惜殘害鮮活的生命。沙羅與同事務(wù)所小有名氣的女星筱原葵（高田里穗 飾）一同試鏡，兩人最終分別獲得了農(nóng)家女孩安娜以及主角伊麗莎白的角色。　　在排演過(guò)程中，放置在舞臺(tái)中央的人偶似乎有了自己的意識(shí)，讓本就為了榮光而近乎癲狂的女子們更走向了崩潰的邊緣……

The scientist’s assistant, Simon, struggles all the while to free himself and warn Roche. A magical world of baroque submarines and sailing ships, killer octopus, undersea bicycles dazzles audiences as human actors, puppetry, animation and fanciful scenic design interact to create a cinematic experience that is unique by any standards.
