影片講述父親張釋全因過失導致女兒身亡后誤入邪教，試圖通過求取神藥救治重病兒子，在目睹妻子遭受邪教迫害后幡然醒悟，最終聯合妻子揭露邪教并將其繩之以法，使兒子獲得正規醫療救治的故事。
