腦子缺根弦兒的九能帶刀（鈴置洋孝 飾）路過邪馬臺古董店，在店內看到了極為珍貴的鳳凰蛋。傳說只要擁有這枚蛋，便可領會到威力無比的魔劍鳳凰劍。為了打敗宿敵亂馬（山口勝平 飾），成為至高無上的強者，九能強買下鳳凰蛋。不過店主（北村弘一 飾）叮囑，無論如何千萬不能將蛋放在頭頂，否則將由可怕的事情發生。不幸的是，亂馬無意中將蛋放在了九能的頭上，一只長相奇怪的鳥兒誕生了。它幫助九能成為足以打敗任何對手的強者。爭強好勝的亂馬無論如何都要挽回面子……本片根據高橋留美子的漫畫《亂馬1/2》改編，系該動畫的劇場版第3部。

　　講述冠宇（張庭瑚 飾）因與父親武雄（李興文 飾）不合，為了賺錢早日搬離家，與好友龜仔（李明倉 飾）一起到旅社打工，不料打掃的房間竟有人自縊身亡，房內充斥不祥的泰國符號，而旅社老板娘（吳奕蓉 飾）更是舉止詭異，整間旅社彌漫著死亡的氣息，向冠宇席卷而來。

　　在一家珠寶貿易公司工作的肥丁（洪金寶）因是胖仔外加做人老實，常被老板娘周太（梁珊）和其弟（曹查理）騎在頭上，重活臟活全要攬下不說，工作稍微出點錯就會被罵得狗血淋頭。一日，他和在貨運部工作的同事阿B（鐘鎮濤）一起按老板吩咐送鉆石給中東酋長，之后將所收錢款送往銀行的途中遭劫，周太和其弟不問青紅誣告兩人與劫匪是同伙。　　越想越來氣的肥丁決定綁架周太以泄壓抑已久的怒火。在他準備行動之時，周家剛從美國歸來的女兒祖兒（王祖賢）正同后母周太發生激烈的爭吵，結果陰差陽錯祖兒被他綁架，之后又被阿B綁至家中。肥丁在阿B的逼迫下無奈向周家索要贖金，一時笑料百出。
