　　《大亂斗之少年覺醒》講述的是瘦弱少年林默（趙弈欽飾）一直愛慕學校劍道部美女部長羅小丸（葉子淇 飾）卻一直不敢表白，因為性格懦弱飽受校霸的欺負，擁有神秘力量的他在天才蘿莉小野（趙蘊卓 飾）的幫助下努力修煉自己，一步步變強大，為了守護羅小丸和小野同黑暗勢力斗爭的故事。

　　預科學校若智書院有一群成績堪憂思想活躍的學生，校董家的謝天（何啟南 飾）與謝地兄妹憑借老爸身份，即便留級也不擔心學業；綽號水電工的嘉明為人老實，暗戀同學白逸夢（陳松伶 飾），而白逸夢滿腦子言情幻想，全然沒有留意；李時珍（李麗珍 飾）因為在南太平洋群島旅游，耽誤了開學日，在旅游期間，李時珍結識了香港青年戴運河（陳山河 飾），運河對時珍一見鐘情，不顧家人反對退掉美國大學，趕到香港入讀若智書院。運河的到來令謝天大為緊張，謝天屬意時珍日久，和死黨吳成材一直無法打動芳心，但也不能容忍運河插手。校園內一時掀起了一場多角戀愛的爭奪……校董面對惡作劇的學生們大為光火，聘請軍校老師對書院進行軍事化管理，這引發了學生們的空前團結……
