怪形前傳

等待方舟

The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart. Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory? n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in. What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts. On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired. One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places. Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.
厲嘯崩心
Gina Henkel,安東·威爾,帕維·德朗柯As bacteriologist Lena (38) drives past a burning car, she hears a scream of a dying woman. Lena does not tell her boyfriend how much the incident distresses her, just as she does not talk about the stillbirth she recently had. Instead, she throws herself into her work, intrudes into the life of the deceased, begins an affair with the widower and gradually takes on the role of mother to their son. Her persistent insomnia causes her to lose control between dreams and reality. Finally she accepts the help of a whisperer and then finds her own way to cope with her loss
大怪獸加美拉
船越英二,北原義郎,浜村淳,大山健二,吉田義夫,左卜全,村田扶實子,大葉健二大映が初めて手掛けた、1965年制作の本格怪獣映畫『ガメラ』シリーズ第1作。監(jiān)督は、湯淺憲明。北極海上で原爆を積んだ國籍不明機(jī)が米軍機(jī)によって撃墜され、氷山に墜落した。このため、積んでいた原爆は爆発、氷山に閉じ込められていたエスキモーの伝説の怪獣ガメラが蘇った。巨大な亀怪獣ガメラはその後姿を消し、入れ替わるかのように世界中で謎の空飛ぶ円盤が目撃される。人々の関心が空飛ぶ円盤に移り、ガメラのことが忘れられた頃、再びガメラが北海道にその姿を現(xiàn)した。自衛(wèi)隊の作戦で仰向けにひっくり返されたガメラ。起き上がることの出來ないガメラに、人々は勝利を確信するが???。
鬼媾人
王晶,關(guān)之琳,陳百祥,夏文汐,曹查理,莫少聰凌兆祥（王晶 飾）和妻子（夏文汐 飾）開開心心地搬進(jìn)了新置的豪宅，準(zhǔn)備享受全新的生活。盡管豪宅里怪象頻出，佛學(xué)專家許禪（莫少聰 飾）亦給予了凌兆祥警告，但沉浸在興奮中的凌兆祥并沒有將這一切放在眼里。 妻子懷孕住進(jìn)了醫(yī)院，再度變回“單身漢”的凌兆祥怎么可能放過這次難能可貴的機(jī)會？他伙同損友歐公子（陳百祥 飾）和屈臣氏（曹查理 飾）外出狂歡，并且邂逅了美麗女子冰淇（關(guān)之琳 飾）。凌兆祥同冰淇一夜溫存，事后，對妻子心懷愧疚的凌兆祥決定斷絕同冰淇的往來，沒想到，不愿意放過他的，不僅僅是冰淇，還有冰淇身后那一干早已化作冤魂厲鬼的家人們。
