　　《比佛利拜金狗2》雖然不像首集一般安排上戲院放映，但製作規(guī)格各方面也都比照當(dāng)初的電影，同樣是運(yùn)用電腦科技讓狗狗們開口說話演戲。本片的故事內(nèi)容則是接續(xù)原本的第一集最后，敘述終成眷屬的吉娃娃伴侶 Papi 和 Chloe 如今共組家庭，但是他們的冒險可沒有因此結(jié)束喔！沒多久五隻小狗狗們 就報到了，Papi 和 Chloe 成天開始忙著應(yīng)付這些小鬼頭，防止他們闖禍，給人類主人以及鄰居帶來不必要的麻煩。而且他們的挑戰(zhàn)還不僅於此，這次雖然沒有翻山越嶺，但即使在比佛利本地也會面臨許多冒險，面對一隻嬌嬌狗的挑釁，吉娃娃們還必須登上狗狗名模伸展臺，讓比佛利狗狗時尚界大開眼界！

　　Jack（馬克·杜普拉斯 Mark Duplass 飾）因?yàn)榈艿躎om的去世已經(jīng)消沉很長一段時間了，他的好朋友，也是Tom的前女友Iris（艾米莉·布朗特 Emily Blunt 飾）勸他騎著單車到她父親在一座小島上的屋子里去思考人生。來到屋子的Jack卻意外發(fā)現(xiàn)了Ir is的姐姐Hanna（羅絲瑪麗·德薇特 Rosemarie DeWitt 飾）也在。兩人喝了酒，相談甚歡,情不自禁地發(fā)生了關(guān)系。第二天，因?yàn)楣ぷ髡{(diào)整而放假的Iris也來到了這屋子里。三個各懷心事的人將上演怎樣一出喜劇？

北京猿人

　　侵華戰(zhàn)爭時期，日本人將掠得的北京猿人頭骨偷運(yùn)回國，途中沉沒，成為一樁疑案。當(dāng)年日本人將頭骨化石偷運(yùn)回國，隱藏幾十年后，在和平環(huán)境下重新進(jìn)行研究。他們將頭骨化石中的DNA殘片提取出來，進(jìn)行培育，然后送入太空，據(jù)說這樣便可以憑借太空中的粒子幅射，使其蘊(yùn)育成熟。不料，載著北京猿人胚胎的飛船失事，墜入海島，而北京猿人卻成功地誕生了。　　而王祖賢扮演的中國美麗女間諜的使命就是將北京猿人偷運(yùn)回國，從此便和日本科學(xué)家展開了明爭暗斗。最后，雙方不分輸贏，而是達(dá)成了共識：北京猿人不是任何一國的財富，他們屬于大自然。于是，猿人一家三口和一只同樣由基因技術(shù)復(fù)制出來的猛瑪象被放歸了自然。
