格朗（愛德華多·諾列加 Eduardo Noriega 飾）患有罕見的嚴重失憶癥，就連幾分鐘前剛剛發生的事情，他也無法記得。對于失憶的格朗來說，妻子伊莎貝（娜塔莉·理察德 Nathalie Richard 飾）、孩子安東尼（Lény Bueno 飾）和死黨弗雷德（埃里克·卡拉瓦卡 Eric Caravaca 飾）不過都只是陌生人而已，每天都是新的一天。為了維持正常的生活，格朗只能把發生的所有事情都如數記載本子上。                                                                    某日，公司里來了一位名叫伊蓮（安娜·莫格拉莉絲 Anna Mouglalis 飾）的新職員，隨著時間的推移，伊蓮漸漸迷戀上了擁有獨特氣息的格朗。然而，格朗的癥狀成為了阻礙兩人關系的絆腳石，在忘卻的土壤里，愛情能夠順利生根發芽嗎？

　　In a small rural community local police officers Zoe and Patrick begin their shift as normal but it soon becomes clear that something is wrong. Strange events unfold before their eyes, residents begin behaving strangely and mass suicide panic spreads amongst the community they are trying to protect. The duo become a trio as well-to-do Lou joins them, and life on the island takes shape under the command of devout Matron. The trio rail against the system, dubious of the benevolence of the bible and taking refuge in their blossoming friendship. It’s hard to reform girls who don’t believe they need reforming. However, a sense of doom settles in when experimental forms of punishment take place in the dead of night. Nellie and Daisy plot rebellion, but unexpectedly find themselves at odds with Lou, who is afraid to break the rules.
