林過雨（任達華暫無內容飾）從小和父親以及繼母還有同父異母的弟妹生活在一起，喧鬧擁擠、又時常受責罵的成長環境在他心里埋下了異樣的種子……因一家洗印店數次收到赤裸女子的照片，警方介入調查，發現這些女子可能是連環殺人者“雨夜屠夫”的受害人，警方沿線索調查，將來取照片的林過雨抓獲。經暫無內容過連番高壓審問，林過雨交代了自己的罪行，原來他以替天行道為名義，借助自己出租車司機的職業便利，多次在雨夜殺害那些他眼中的“壞女人”，其作案手法兇殘，驚世駭俗。兇手落網，但生命已無法挽回……
